These terms cover this website. Your child's enrollment is governed by the enrollment agreement you sign with the center, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site means accepting these terms
By browsing https://usc-ny.org, submitting a form, or contacting us through this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "the center" mean United Sunrise Center. "You" means the person using this website.
What this website is, and what it is not
This site describes United Sunrise Center, our programs, and how to reach us. It exists to help families decide whether to visit.
It does not do the following:
- Enroll your child. Enrollment happens through paperwork completed with the center.
- Give medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. The tuition page points to tax credits that may exist. Confirm every one of them with a tax professional.
- Guarantee a place. Availability changes. Call us to check.
- Create a provider relationship. Reading this site does not make your child our student.
Your enrollment agreement comes first
These terms cover this website and nothing else. If your child attends the center, that relationship is governed by the enrollment agreement you signed, by the paperwork that came with it, and by the regulations attached to our state license.
Where anything on this website disagrees with your enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement wins. Nothing on this page changes it, and nothing here reduces a right you hold under New York childcare regulation.
We keep the site current, and errors still happen
Program details, hours, holiday closures, menus, and fees change. We update this site when they do, and a page can still be out of date on the day you read it.

What you may not do here
Do not use this site to:
- Break any federal, state, or local law.
- Submit false information through any form, or impersonate anyone.
- Scrape, crawl, or copy the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site or its hosting.
- Upload anything containing malware, or attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours.
- Harvest contact details of staff or families for marketing.
We may block access to anyone who does any of the above, without notice.
Who owns what is on this site
The text, photographs, layout, logo, and design of this site belong to United Sunrise Center or to the people who licensed them to us. United States and international copyright and trademark law protects them.
You may read, print, and share pages for your own family's use. Republishing, reselling, or using our photographs or logo without written permission is not permitted.
Photographs of children are used with the permission of their families. That permission covers this website. Reusing any image from this site is prohibited regardless of the terms above.
Forms, maps, and other embedded services
Three parts of this site load content from another company: the contact form and the tour booking calendar are GoHighLevel widgets served from link.usc-ny.org, and the chat bubble is run by a marketing contractor working with the center. Our address opens in Google Maps in a new tab, so there is no map embedded in the page.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them. Our Privacy Policy explains what they can see.
Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what those sites contain.
Limits on our liability for this website
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent New York law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the care of children enrolled at the center. That responsibility is set by our license, by New York State regulation, and by your enrollment agreement.
If your use of this site causes a claim against us
If you break these terms, misuse this website, or break the law while using it, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees.
This is narrow on purpose. It covers what you do on this website. It has nothing to do with your child's enrollment, and it does not apply to anything we get wrong ourselves.
If we disagree
Talk to us first. Most problems with a website are a mistake on our side, and a phone call fixes them faster than anything else can. Please give us 30 days from the day you tell us about it to put it right.

If that does not settle it, either of us can go to court. We do not require arbitration, we do not ask you to give up your right to sue us, and we do not ask you to waive taking part in a class action. Those clauses are common in website terms. We have left them out.
New York law governs these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts serving Suffolk County, New York, which is where the center is.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
