2.Purpose of This Website

This website provides information about United Sunrise Center, its programs, and how to contact us. It is intended to help families decide whether to visit.

This website does not:

• Enroll a child. Enrollment is completed only through enrollment paperwork with us.
• Provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. References to tax credits on the tuition page are general information; confirm eligibility with a tax professional.
• Guarantee a place. Availability changes; contact us to confirm.
• Create a provider relationship. Use of this website does not enroll your child or make your child a student of ours.

3.Relationship to Enrollment Agreements

These terms apply only to this website and to our text messages. If your child attends United Sunrise Center, that relationship is governed by your enrollment agreement, the documents provided with it, and the regulations that apply to our state license.

If anything on this website conflicts with your enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement controls. Nothing on this website modifies your enrollment agreement or limits any right you have under New York childcare regulations.

4.Accuracy of Information

Program details, hours, holiday closures, menus, and fees are subject to change. We update this website when they change, but information on it may be out of date at any given time.

Photographs of children appear with the permission of their families, and that permission is limited to this website. No image on this website may be reused for any purpose.

Four features of this website are provided by other companies: the contact form and the tour booking calendar, which are GoHighLevel widgets served from link.usc-ny.org; the chat bubble, which is operated by the marketing agency that works with us; and the map on the Contact page, which is provided by Google Maps.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. Our Privacy Policy describes the information they may receive.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. A link does not constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content of linked websites.

Our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, and any forms within them, are provided on Meta's platforms and are subject to Meta's terms.

8.Text Message Program

The contact form and the tour booking calendar each include a checkbox for consenting to text messages. By checking it, you agree to receive text messages from United Sunrise Center about your inquiry and your tour, including confirmations, reminders, replies, and enrollment updates, at the mobile number you provide. These terms also apply to text messages sent in response to a form submitted through one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, and to replies to messages you send us.

• Messages are sent from (855) 932-1789.
• Message frequency varies. A tour booking generates a confirmation and reminders before the visit.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at +1 (631) 581-0194.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of touring or enrolling.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your mobile number. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

9.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the care of children enrolled at United Sunrise Center. That responsibility is governed by our license, New York State regulations, and your enrollment agreement.

10.Indemnification

If your breach of these terms, misuse of this website, or violation of law while using it results in a claim against us, you agree to reimburse the reasonable costs of addressing that claim, including legal fees.

This obligation applies only to your use of this website. It does not relate to your child's enrollment and does not apply to claims arising from our own acts or omissions.

11.Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about this website, please contact us first and allow us 30 days from your notice to resolve it.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
