Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Standard

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Level AA is the level referenced by United States accessibility regulations and the European Accessibility Act, which cite earlier versions of the guidelines; version 2.2 is the current version and builds on them.

Automated testing identifies only a portion of accessibility issues; published estimates range from approximately 30 to 57 percent, and the figure is disputed. The remainder requires manual testing, which is not yet complete for this website.

Accessibility Measures

  • All pages are operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on each interactive element.
  • A skip link allows users to move directly to the main content.
  • Headings follow a logical order to support navigation by screen readers.
  • Text meets the WCAG Level AA contrast minimum against its background.
  • Meaningful images have alternative text, and decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
  • The mobile menu retains focus while open, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to the button that opened it.
  • Animation is disabled for users whose systems request reduced motion.
  • The layout adapts to a width of 320 pixels and supports 200 percent zoom without loss of content.
  • Page text is real text and scales with browser settings.

Accessibility Overlays

This website does not use an accessibility overlay. Overlay products claim to make websites compliant automatically and do not achieve this; in April 2025 the Federal Trade Commission issued a final order against one such vendor over that claim. We address accessibility in the website's underlying code.

Known Limitations

  • The tour booking calendar is a GoHighLevel widget. Our testing found that its date grid uses text below the contrast minimum, two of its drop-down menus lack accessible names, its time-slot list cannot be scrolled by keyboard, and one of its inputs has an invalid ARIA value. We cannot modify this code. Tours may also be booked by telephone at the number listed at the bottom of every page.
  • The contact form is also a GoHighLevel widget. Our testing found no failures.
  • The chat bubble opens a page operated by the marketing agency that works with us. We have not audited that page. If it presents difficulties, please contact us by telephone or email.
  • The map on the Contact page is provided by Google, and we cannot verify its markup. The address below the map links to the same location in Google Maps, and the address, telephone number, and hours appear as text on the page.
  • Some documents we provide, such as enrollment paperwork, are PDF files that have not been remediated for accessibility. On request, we will read a document aloud or send its text by email.
  • A full screen reader evaluation on Windows with NVDA has not been completed.

We publish these limitations so that users know what to expect while they are being addressed.
