We use two analytics tools, and only if you accept them. Beyond those, the cookies here belong to the tools you use to reach us: the contact form, the tour booking calendar and the chat bubble. One of those brings a Meta pixel with it that is not ours and that we cannot switch off, which section 4 explains. We run no advertising of our own.

Contact form, booking calendar and chat
Always onRuns the three ways to reach us from the site: the contact form and the tour booking calendar, both GoHighLevel widgets served from link.usc-ny.org, and the chat bubble in the corner. They load with the page because they are how you get in touch, so they are treated as part of the site working rather than as an optional extra.

Tells us which pages families read and where they leave, so we can fix the confusing ones. Off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it back off here at any time.

- Google Analytics, which counts page views and how people move through the site. It sets a cookie holding a random identifier for your browser. It is never given your name, your email address or anything you type into a form.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how a page is used: scrolling, clicks, and where a page confuses people. It masks everything typed into a box or chosen from a menu, in every mode, and that cannot be switched off.
- Google Tag Manager, which is the container the two above are loaded from. It is not a tracker itself and it collects nothing on its own.
- None of the three loads at all while this switch is off.
Would track you across sites to target advertising. We do not do this, and there is no advertising tag written into any page of this site.

- One that is not ours: the GoHighLevel contact form and booking calendar load a Meta (Facebook) pixel inside their own frame, on the Contact and Schedule a Tour pages. It belongs to GoHighLevel's widget, not to us, and this switch cannot turn it off. Avoid it by calling or emailing instead of using the form.

What this site uses today
Two analytics tools, and no advertising pixel or social media tracker of our own. Google Analytics counts page views and how people move through the site; Microsoft Clarity records how a page is used, so we can see where it confuses people. Both are loaded through a Google Tag Manager container, which is not itself a tracker.
Neither one loads until you accept. Decline, or switch Analytics off below, and no request is made to either service at all. Neither is ever given your name, your email address, or anything you type into a form, and neither is used to work out who you are. Clarity masks every input box and drop-down menu in every one of its modes, which is not a setting we can change.
The only other thing we store in your browser is the preference you set on this page. Section 4 covers the one tracker that arrives inside somebody else's frame.
The exception is the tools you use to contact us. The contact form and the tour booking calendar are GoHighLevel widgets, and the chat bubble is run by a marketing contractor working with the center; each sets cookies of its own. They are listed below as strictly necessary because they are how the site lets you reach us, and they load with the page rather than waiting to be switched on. One tracker we do not control
The GoHighLevel widgets load a Meta (Facebook) pixel inside their own frame. It runs on the Contact and Schedule a Tour pages, the only two pages carrying a widget, and nowhere else. It is GoHighLevel's, it is inside their frame rather than in our page, and the controls above cannot switch it off.
We are telling you because it is there, not because we want it. If you would rather not meet it at all, call +1 (631) 581-0194 or write to info@usc-ny.org: neither goes anywhere near it.
